• In the same packaging box so as to assure that the pair doesn’t get damaged in-transit back to us.
• If it is an embellished pair, please ensure that you do not put weight on the embellishments which will result in them breaking of falling off.

NOTE:

1. Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
2. If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than CAI, the inquiry must be made directly though that retailer.

Here's how you can take care of your Bloom Heels :

1)Gently remove any dirt or residue from the embellishments using a soft, damp cloth.

2)Store your footwear in the shoe box the way you received the shoes. Please take care of how the flowers fit in the box as they are very delicate.

3) We would recommend keeping the flowers in butterpaper provided so that the zari work doesn't get damaged.

4) The petals of the flowers are bendable and can be moulded, but do it with care as the wires can break if done with force.

5) Check the styling tips of how to wear the shoe in different ways! Hope you enjoy styling it!
