Retail Store Policy

  • Footwear purchased from the store can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase at the store itself and not online. Exchanges have to be done from only the same source of purchase.
  • The same can be either exchanged for a different size or a new style, provided if the excess amount is paid for at the store.
  • The footwear must be in the same condition as it were when purchased. If the footwear is used or damaged, we will not accept it.
  • Credit notes issued for online purchases cannot be utilized in-store, and store credit notes are only applicable for use within the specific store of purchase, excluding online transactions.
  • Store credit can only be redeemed once for the entire amount at the store.
  • In case of any minor repairs, the footwear can be sent to the store itself at Grand Zone, Phoenix Palladium. You must also send the invoice copy and mention the address for it to be couriered back to.
  • We can only repair a footwear once within 3 months of purchase date.
  • We do not provide any monetary refunds
  • Pre orders placed at the store will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of purchase depending upon the availability of the footwear.
