Returns and Refund policy

  • Any products bought from the sale section are eligible for exchange or return.
  • All items bought from the clearance sale section are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided for returns/exchange of items that are not on sale.
  • In case, you wish to exchange any product, you need to return it within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.
  • In the case of returns, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • We request you to coordinate with the third-party website or retail store for any return or exchange request of the products purchased from them.
  • International orders are not eligible for any returns/exchanges.
  • In case of a missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 72 hours of delivery.

Return Process: In order to return a pair of shoes, customers can press on the RETURN tab on the main menu or you can find the link here - returns.thecaistore.com.

The minimum cost of Rs 150 is charged for the reverse exchange. Please find the below video for your reference, which will help you to go through the entire return/exchange process. 

 

 

 

*Credit Note: All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 14 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product will be credited to the coupon code.

How to use a Cai Credit Note: 

  • Cai Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
  • On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
  • The discount code will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
  • The validity of the credit note is 4 months.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

For all CASH ON DELIVERY orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations for PREPAID orders will be issued with a credit note.

Custom CAI Policy:
  1. A Custom CAI product can only be a PREPAID ORDER
  2. We request you to kindly check your size before placing an order. Once the initials are engraved, the pair cannot be Returned or Exchanged.
  3. In case, you need any assistance in terms of size, color, fit, etc kindly reach out to our customer care team. We will be more than happy to assist you.

ABOUT THE FOOTWEAR

  • All footwear at Cai is manufactured using non-leather material. We do not suggest wearing them in and around the water.
  • Varied weather conditions can affect the conditions of the footwear including the accessories that come with it. We request you to store them in a shoe bag
  • Always dry your feet before wearing your footwear. Wet or moist feet can lead to minor damages in the footwear.
  • Our footwear does not come with a warranty. The life of the same simply depends upon the wear and tear of the product.
  • In case any minor repairing is required, we will repair the product at our cost only once within three months of the delivery.
