The minimum cost for reverse exchange, wherein you have chosen for us to collect it, comes at a cost of Rs. 150 which is borne by the customer. You can follow the easy procedures through the website in case you like to exchange the style in a different style.
*Credit Note: All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 14 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the coupon code.
How to use a Cai Credit Note:
- Cai Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page
- On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
- The discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your discount amount given
