Returns and Refund policy

Terms & Conditions:

1. Returns & Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange or return a product, you must return it within 14 days of delivery.

  • No returns or exchanges on certain products. Please check individual product pages for more details.

  • No Returns or Exchanges are possible on products purchased during the EOSS SALE.

  • Returns and exchanges are eligible for sale items, excluding products purchased during the EOSS SALE.

  • Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.

2. Return Eligibility:

  • The item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The product should be in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

  • The returned items will be checked by our Quality Assurance Team. If the item doesn’t meet the required standards, it will not be accepted, and it will be returned to you at your expense (if requested). No amount will be reimbursed, nor will a new or exchanged pair be dispatched.

  • Exchanges for a particular product are subject to product availability or the desired size. If the product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued, which can be used to purchase any item from our website.

3. Processing Time:

  • Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will take up to 48 hours for processing.

  • After this processing period, your return or exchange request will be processed accordingly.

4. Sale Items & Special Purchases:

  • We request you to coordinate with third-party websites or retail stores for any return or exchange requests for products purchased from them.

  • International orders are not eligible for any returns/exchanges.

  • Any products purchased from CAI Store Retail Outlet, Shoppers Stop, or EBOs should be returned to the respective place of purchase.

5. Damaged/Incorrect Items:

  • In case of a missing, wrong, or damaged product, please get in touch with our customer care team within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory: When unwrapping your shipment, please record a video and ensure the details on the shipping label are clearly visible before removing the outermost packaging. This will serve as proof in case of any issues with the product received.

*Credit Note: All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 14 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount (except the shipping cost) of the returned product will be credited to the coupon code.

How to use a Cai Credit Note: 

  • Credit Notes can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
  • On the checkout page, you have to put the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'.
  • The discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the total as per your discount amount given.
  • These credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash nor is it exchangeable or used by any other email id.
  • All credits are valid for a period of four months from the date of issuance.
  • Also if the credit note has expired it cannot be extended under any circumstances, so please use it within your validity date.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

For all CASH ON DELIVERY orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations for PREPAID orders will be issued with a credit note. Once a COD order is verified via call/ whatsapp, it cannot be cancelled.

DAMAGE AND REPAIR POLICY

We strive to create footwear of good quality using tested materials. However, we understand that occasional issues may arise. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have a repair policy in place. This policy does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, such as scuffs, scratches, and fading, or from unforeseen incidents like accidental drops, spills, or exposure to extreme conditions. CAI strives for high quality, but cannot be held responsible for the natural deterioration of footwear over time or damage caused by unpredictable events during use.

Manufacturing Defects:

  • If your shoes show signs of wear and tear within 30 days of delivery due to a manufacturing issue, you may be eligible for a repair. This excludes normal wear and tear like abrasions or fading. 

Repair Process:

  • Eligibility:  Footwear may be accepted for repair in rare exceptions after an assessment from our experts.
  • Repair Charges: Repairs will be performed at no charge to the customer.
  • Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for a shipping fee of Rs. 150 for all repairs.
  • Geographic Limitations: Repair services are available only for customers within India.
  • Discounted Products: No warranty, guarantee, exchange, or repair services are available for products purchased at a discounted price on the website, in stores, or through marketplace.

CAI reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any repair request based on individual circumstances and the nature of the damage.

    ABOUT THE FOOTWEAR

    • All footwear at Cai is manufactured using non-leather material. We do not suggest wearing them in and around the water.
    • Varied weather conditions can affect the conditions of the footwear including the accessories that come with it. We request you to store them in a shoe bag
    • Always dry your feet before wearing your footwear. Wet or moist feet can lead to minor damages in the footwear.
    • Our footwear does not come with a warranty. The life of the same simply depends upon the wear and tear of the product.
