Returns and Refund policy
Terms & Conditions:
- In case, you wish to exchange any product, you need to return it within 14 days of delivery.
- No Refunds and Exchanges on certain products. Please check individual product pages for more details on each product. No Returns and Exchanges are possible on products purchased during on the EOSS SALE
- Return/exchanges are eligible for sale items, excluding products purchased on EOSS SALE.
- Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.
- In the case of returns, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense (if requested by you). No amount will be reimbursed in this case nor will the new/exchanged pair be dispatched.
- Exchanges for a particular product are subject to the availability of the product or the desired size. In the event that the product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued. This credit note can be used to purchase any item from our website.
- We request you to coordinate with the third-party website or retail store for any return or exchange request of the products purchased from them.
- International orders are not eligible for any returns/exchanges.
- Any products purchased from CAI Store Retail Outlet, Shoppers Stop, EBOs will be returned to the place of purchase.

In case of a missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 72 hours of delivery.
Return Process: In order to return a pair of shoes, customers can press on the RETURN tab on the main menu or you can find the link here - returns.thecaistore.com.
*Credit Note: All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 14 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product will be credited to the coupon code.
How to use a Cai Credit Note:
- Cai Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
- On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
- The discount code will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
- The validity of the credit note is 4 months.
- Credit note does not include the shipping fee paid during placing the order.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For all CASH ON DELIVERY orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations for PREPAID orders will be issued with a credit note.
ABOUT THE FOOTWEAR
- All footwear at Cai is manufactured using non-leather material. We do not suggest wearing them in and around the water.
- Varied weather conditions can affect the conditions of the footwear including the accessories that come with it. We request you to store them in a shoe bag
- Always dry your feet before wearing your footwear. Wet or moist feet can lead to minor damages in the footwear.
- Our footwear does not come with a warranty. The life of the same simply depends upon the wear and tear of the product.
- In case any minor repairing is required, we will repair the product at our cost only once within three months of the delivery.
