- If it is an embellished pair, please ensure that you do not put weight on the embellishments which will result in them breaking of falling off.

- Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than CAI, the inquiry must be made directly though that retailer.
