- Products purchased from the Stock Clearance min 50% off section are not eligible for exchange, returns or refund.
- Products that are not eligible for returns and exchanges have it mentioned on the product page itself.

- In case of any defects, wrong product delivery or missing items, please get in touch with our customer care team @8484931561 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Exchange in size can only be possible basis availability of stock and within 14 days of date of delivery.
- We don’t have any provision for monetary refunds. A credit note will be given in case of a return and the validity for the credit note is 4 months from the time of creating it.

Once the request is processed, the return order will be picked up from the address provided by you while placing the return request
Items for your returns should comply with the following conditions:
- Unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
- In the same packaging box so as to assure that the pair doesn’t get damaged in-transit back to us.
- If it is an embellished pair, please ensure that you do not put weight on the embellishments which will result in them breaking of falling off.
NOTE:
- Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than CAI, the inquiry must be made directly though that retailer.
CREDIT NOTE
- We DO NOT provide REFUNDS.
- All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 14 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the coupon code.
