Return Product New

In case of a return, please visit our returns app- returns.thecaistore.com and follow the simple procedures.

Note - There is no cost involved for return shipping.

Once the request is processed, the return order will be picked up from the address provided by you while placing the return request

Items for your returns should comply with the following conditions:

  • Unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
  • In the same packaging box so as to assure that the pair doesn’t get damaged in-transit back to us.
  • If it is an embellished pair, please ensure that you do not put weight on the embellishments which will result in them breaking of falling off.

NOTE:

  1. Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  2. If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than CAI, the inquiry must be made directly though that retailer.

CREDIT NOTE

  • We DO NOT provide REFUNDS.
  • All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 14 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the coupon code.
