• In the same packaging box so as to assure that the pair doesn’t get damaged in-transit back to us.
• If it is an embellished pair, please ensure that you do not put weight on the embellishments which will result in them breaking of falling off.

1. Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
