• Products purchased from the Limited pieces section are not eligible for exchange, returns or refund.
• Products that are not eligible for returns and exchanges have it mentioned on the product page itself. 
  
• Please refer to the size chart before placing the order.
• In case of any defects, wrong product delivery, or missing items, please message our customer care team on WhatsApp at +91 8591237531 within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly note, this number is for WhatsApp messages only and not for calls.
  
• Exchange in size can only be possible basis availability of stock and within 14 days of date of delivery.
• We don’t have any provision for monetary refunds. A credit note will be given in case of a return and the validity for the credit note is 4 months from the time of creating it.
• Promo codes are not applicable during this offer. Credit notes can be used.
• Orders placed during the sale will be delivered within 4-5 business days of the order placement.
• The Sitewide sale is only limited to the website and is not valid at the store at Phoenix Palladium, Viviana Thane, Phoenix Ahemdabad or any other CAI outlets, or marketplaces.
  
• We have a separate offers running at all our stores which are different from the offers from our website.
• Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at stores and store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged online. They are both separate avenues.
