Lucky Draw: Terms and Conditions for BALI Trip*

1) How do I participate in the lucky draw?
Simply shop from the CAI website or any of our 3 brand retail stores between December 11th, 2025 and January 4th, 2026, and you’ll be automatically entered into the lucky draw.

2) What's the minimum purchase amount to be a part of the lucky draw?
There’s no minimum spend required. Just make a purchase, and you're automatically entered into the lucky draw.

3) When is the last day to Enter the lucky draw?
4th January, 2026 is the last day to shop to get yourself enrolled for the lucky draw.

4) Are there any specific products to buy in order to enter the lucky draw?
To be eligible, simply purchase any product from our website.

5) What does the lucky draw prize include?
The trip includes:

• Round-trip flights for 2 to Bali
  
• A luxurious 4-night hotel stay (one room, twin or double occupancy)

6) How will the winner be selected?
One lucky order number will be picked out from the pool through a lucky draw system.

7) How and when will the winner be notified?
The winner will be notified by email and WhatsApp on 10th January, and will also be announced on our Instagram handle @thecaistore.

Here are the detailed Terms and Conditions for the Lucky Draw:

By shopping from CAI between 11th December and 4th January, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that you meet all eligibility requirements for the giveaway.

1. Eligibility:

• This lucky draw is open to customers who make purchases on the CAI website or at any of our 3 CAI brand retail stores (Phoenix Palladium – Mumbai, DLF Mall of India – Noida, Palladium – Ahmedabad) between 11th December 2024 and 4th January 2025. Purchases from wholesale partners, multi-brand stores, or other e-commerce platforms are not eligible.
• No minimum purchase amount is required. Any purchase, regardless of the amount, qualifies for entry into the lucky draw.
• All orders placed using prepaid or cash-on-delivery payment methods during the promotion period are eligible for the lucky draw.
• Only completed orders that have been both delivered and paid for in full will be eligible for the lucky draw. 
• Canceled orders will not qualify for the lucky draw. 
• Returned orders will disqualify you from the lucky draw. To have a chance to win, you must place a fresh order using the credit note issued for your returned order. The new order must be placed by January 4, 2026.
• Exchange orders will be eligible for the lucky draw only if there are no subsequent returns or cancellations.
• Customers who use their valid credit notes to make purchases before the 4th January, 2026 are eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
• Customers who use valid credit notes to make purchases between 11th December 2024 and 4th January 2025 are also eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
• Employees of the CAI Store, their immediate family members, and anyone involved in the organization of this lucky draw are not eligible to participate.
• Entries that appear to be automated or bot-generated will be disqualified.
• Returned, canceled, or exchanged orders will not be eligible for the lucky draw. Only completed and non-returned orders will qualify for entry.
• Only residents of India who possess a valid passport are eligible for the lucky draw.
• All customers, both online and in-store, who shop during the sale will be eligible in the lucky draw.

2. Prize:

• One winner will receive the following prize package - 4 nights trip for two to Bali, including:
• Round trip flights for 2 pax 
• Luxurious hotel accommodation (one room) of twin or double occupancy
• Winners must arrange their own internal transportation, travel insurance, visa, valid passports and vaccination as recommended by a health professional. CAI will not bear this cost.
• The winner is responsible for covering any additional costs for any meals, drinks, or other incidental expenses not included in the prize.
• If the winner wishes to extend their trip beyond the 4-night trip, they will be responsible for all additional costs, including extra nights of accommodation and flight charges. These expenses will not be covered by CAI.
• The prize is intended solely for the individual who won it. It cannot be given or sold to anyone else, including friends or family members. 

3. Entry:

• Each purchase made during the sale period will automatically enter the participant into the lucky draw.
• All order numbers collected on the CAI website or at our 3 CAI retail stores (Phoenix Palladium – Mumbai, DLF Mall of India – Noida, Palladium – Ahmedabad) between 11th December 2025 and 4th January 2026 will be considered for entry into the lucky draw.

4. Winner Selection:

• Each individual order represents one entry. For instance, if you place five separate orders, you will have five entries in the lucky draw.
• One lucky order number will be selected through a lucky draw system from all eligible orders. 
• The winner will be notified by email & WhatsApp on 10th January, 2026 and will additionally be announced on @thecaistore instagram handle as well

5. Prize Claim:

• The winner must respond to the notification within 3 days to claim the prize.
• Failure to claim the prize within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize.
• To claim the prize, the winner and their selected guest must show identification, proof of purchase, and valid passports.

6. Prize Restrictions:

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
• The prize is contingent upon the availability of flights and accommodations. The CAI Store is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, such as flight delays, cancellations, or changes. If any of these components become unavailable, the CAI Store will not be liable for any resulting expenses or inconveniences.
• CAI reserves the right to change the prize if necessary, such as in cases where the original prize is no longer available or if there are unforeseen circumstance, the prize may be forfeited, and no alternative or substitute prize will be offered.
• The prize does not include any form of insurance coverage. The CAI Store is not responsible for any accidents, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the trip. The CAI Store is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, property damage, or other losses that may occur during the trip, regardless of the cause.
• The winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.

8. Cancellation:

• The CAI Store reserves the right to cancel or modify this lucky draw at any time without notice.

9. 9. Miscellaneous terms:  

• The individual who placed the order using their account is the participant and is responsible for complying with these rules. Please note that this prize is not transferable to any other account or individual.
• The Cai store is not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries or for inaccurate entry information of users 
• The Cai Store is not responsible for any unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner

• By entering the lucky draw, you agree that the Cai store will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death
• All prize and winner decisions are final, and there will be no reconsideration or appeals after the winner has been announced.
• The Cai Store reserves the right to modify or cancel any of the terms and conditions at any time.
