The cost for reverse shipping i.e. getting us to collect it from you, will come at a cost of Rs. 150 which will be borne by the customer. The payment for the returns can be made via Paytm, google pay, bank transfer whichever is easier.
Items for your returns should comply with the following conditions:
- Unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
- In the same packaging box so as to assure that the pair doesn’t get damaged in-transit back to us.
- If it is an embellished pair, please ensure that you do not put weight on the embellishments which will result in them breaking of falling off.
NOTE:
1) Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
2) If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than CAI, the inquiry must be made directly though that retailer.
