Women Footwear Return / Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY 

  • ALL ITEMS BOUGHT FROM THE CLEARANCE SALE SECTION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/ EXCHANGE/ REFUNDS!
  • For returns/exchange of items that are not on sale - A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided. Cash/ Monetary refunds are not provided.
  • In case the product does not fit you/or you do not like it, you can exchange the same within 14 days for a different style or a *credit note.
  • Monetary refund will not be provided
  • Item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
  • It should be in its original packaging accompanied by a proof of purchase.
  • Returned items received will be examined by the quality check team. Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than CAI, the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.

Return Process: In order to return a pair of shoes, customers can opt for one of the two options 

 
EASY RETURNS

  1. Customer can choose to courier the pair back at own charges and costs (The Cai Store will not bear the return courier charges).

  2. A return pick up facility will be arranged from The Cai Store at a small charge. You will be informed about the charges accordingly.

*Credit Note: All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 14 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the coupon code. 

How to use a Cai Credit Note: 

  • Cai Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page
  • On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
  • The discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your discount amount given

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Thecaistore.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
